29/06/12..’Star line-up’ for Thame Food Festival
A STAR line-up for this year’s Thame Food Festival has now been confirmed for the event’s popular Cookery Theatre.
The running order for the Cookery Theatre on Saturday, September 29, now looks like this:-

Other food events throughout the day will include Beverley Glock putting on the lab coat and goggles in the town hall, to amaze the kids with food science like you’ve never seen before with Whizz Bang Food. There’ll be food talks and demonstrations in The Stables at The James Figg – including a Sausage Making demo and Wine Tasting for Beginners.
More foodie events will include Lotte Duncan at the AGA shop, where there will be other demos too, and galettes and chocolate related fun, courtesy of Rumsey’s. The Spread Eagle will be hosting Crepe and Cocktail demos with free tasters as well as serving ‘Posh Kebabs’ and specially priced cream teas all day.
Frazer Sutherland of The Thatch and James Figg free houses will be running a Pop-Up-Pub with great local beers, snacks and comfy sofas.
Entertainment will hopefully include a brass band and a music marquee, a Smoothie Bike in the Town Hall, and an Oyster Meister, details of which will appear in a future feature blog.
