GOOD LUCK to all those from Thame who will be running in the London Marathon on Sunday, including Paul Martell, of Thame Runners, who hopes he will be recovered enough from a sickness virus by then, to take part.

“I’m still feeling decidedly groggy,” explained Paul. “This will be my ninth London Marathon. I am running for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, as a friend and colleague of mine was diagnosed with MND in 2011.
