One of the organiers, Neil Shorter, explains: “Its like a race meeting at your club house. It is one of the most entertaining ways to enjoy the excitement of a race meeting without any of the trouble of travelling to the event. You get the best seats in the house right at the start/finish line and in the very best of private boxes.

“The event consists of a series of pre-recorded horse races which are supplied on DVD.”
