Enhanced Rail Service For Wembley Cup Final

CHILTERN RAIL is running an enhanced service all this week to accommodate passengers travelling to Wembley Stadium for the Cup Final on Saturday, May 19, between Chelsea and Manchester Utd.
DETAILS FROM CHILTERN RAILWAYS
Wembley Stadium station is just a short walk from the stadium and we will be running a direct service from the West Midlands to Wembley Stadium. On Saturday, we will be running direct trains between the West Midlands and Wembley Stadium.

Please remember that the match will start at 15:00 and the event is due to finish about 17:30.

If you’re a Wembley Event Customer, please remember:

Please travel early to avoid the busiest times and to beat the crowds on the day.
Please buy your ticket in advance to avoid any queues on the day. You can either do this at the ticket office at any staffed station, or you can buy online.
Please have your tickets ready to hand because there will be full ticket checks taking place on the day.
After the event, there will be a frequent train service running. Please note that queuing systems will be in operation at Wembley Stadium station after the event has finished.
Please do not take alcohol on board any Chiltern Railways trains as we have a no alcohol policy on event days.
If you’re a non Wembley Event Customer, please remember:

If you are not travelling to the Wembley Event, you may wish to avoid trains arriving into London between 1300 and 1500 and trains leaving London between 1730 and 1930 to ensure a more comfortable journey.

A normal service will run all this weekend between London Marylebone and Aylesbury via Amersham.

A normal service will run on Saturday between Birmingham Snow Hill/Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa

On Sunday, buses replace trains between Birmingham Snow Hill/Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa until 12:30pm

You could also take advantage of out free car parking, which will be available all weekend at Princes Risborough, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Seer Green, Gerrards Cross and Denham stations.
