AN idea to bring a new event to the centre of Thame, has been proposed by a couple who run a Delicatessen and Lifestyle & Homeware shop in the town.

Deputy Mayor of Thame, Linda Emery tries ‘A Taste of Thame’

Hannah and Joe, who run their Delicatessen and Lifestyle/Homeware shop in the Butter Market, The Deli At No.5, have sent out a letter to all the shops and businesses in the town inviting anyone interested in an event in early summer, called ‘A Taste of Thame,’ to a preliminary meeting to discuss how it could be co-ordinated.

Hannah explained: “This event will not be solely around food and drink. We would love for every business in Thame to be involved as much as they would like to be.

“The idea is to showcase what Thame has to offer.”

Anyone who would like to attend the meeting and discuss what they would like to contribute, is invited to call Hannah or her partner, Joe, on 01844 214229 or email hello@thedeliatno5.co.uk or just turn up on March 15, 2018, at 6pm until 7pm, to the Upper chamber of Thame Town Hall.
