Drought May Effect New Housing In The South East
PLANS to build over half a million homes in the South East must be urgently reviewed because of the impact that this will have on the region’s diminishing water resources, says Friends of the Earth.
The statement coincides with a recent meeting. Wednesday, May 24, of the South East Regional Planning Committee to discussing reports on water and housing that may lead to a re-think about housing in the South East of the country.
