Formed in 1994, Cuttle Brook Conservation Volunteers have designed and created a wonderful award-winning nature reserve for Thame’s wildlife and visitors.

Working with our evolving 5 year plan and supported by Thame Town Council, there is much still to be done, and an important, developing future for the reserve. All welcome – come and join us on the 3rd Sunday or last Wednesday of each month 10m-1pm including a tea/coffee break!

  • Hedge-laying and tree management
  • Habitat planning and development
  • Bridge maintenance
  • Pond and riverbank management 
  • Wildlife surveys including birds, butterflies, bugs and bats
  • Path maintenance
  • Simple but super-helpful admin, social media or other supporting tasks
