10/04/12……What’s happening in Haddenham this week?
HADDENHAM MUSEUM A new museum publication was on sale at a recent event: ?A History of Football in Haddenham, 1896-2011? (with team photos dating back to 1910/11) by John Carnell. The booklet is now on sale in the museum – which is behind the Methodist Chapel in the High St and is open Sunday afternoons 2-4.30pm and Tuesday mornings 10am-12noon.
Another, regular, museum publication – the next issue of the Haddenham Chronicles – will be launched on May 5 at the village?s May Day celebrations at Church End.
RUBBISH & RECYCLING Please note that rubbish, which is due for collection on Tuesday 10th, will be delayed (by the Easter rota) till Wednesday (April 11th). Baskets of paper and cans/plastics will be emptied on the normal day the following week (Tuesday, April 17th).
