Town Council Seeks Second Opinion On Bank Investment

THAME Town Council is concerned about, what it sees as, the under-performance of its investment portfolio.
It is to seek a second opinion regarding its investments with the Bank of Ireland following a verbal report from the Bank’s Asset Management describing the investment’s return as “disappointing, with some lack of focus.”
