Track Improvement Work

Due to track improvement work being carried out by Network Rail this weekend, Chiltern Railways is making some changes to its scheduled services. Chiltern Railways advises passengers to allow some extra time for their journey. Passengers can check for service alterations at their local staffed stations, by calling the Chiltern Railways enquiry line on 08456 005 165 (07:00hrs to 20:00hrs) or visiting www.chilternrailways.co.uk where full timetable information is provided.
SERVICE SUMMARY
Saturday 10 June
Kidderminster – Birmingham – Stratford-upon-Avon – Leamington Spa – Banbury ?High Wycombe – London
Aylesbury – High Wycombe ? London
No Chiltern Railways’ trains will run between Birmingham Snow Hill and High Wycombe
Please use Central Trains’ services between Birmingham Snow Hill and Dorridge instead
Buses will replace trains between Dorridge and High Wycombe
Direct buses will run between Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury and High Wycombe for connecting trains to London Marylebone
The 2155 Central Trains? service from Birmingham Snow Hill will connect with a bus service at Dorridge for main stations to London Marylebone.
Aylesbury – Amersham – London
A normal Saturday service will be running.
Sunday 11 June
Kidderminster – Birmingham – Stratford-upon-Avon – Leamington Spa – Banbury ?High Wycombe – London
Aylesbury – High Wycombe ? London
Buses will replace trains between Birmingham Snow Hill and High Wycombe for connecting trains to London Marylebone
No Chiltern Railways’ trains or buses will serve Birmingham Moor Street station
Direct buses will run between Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, Bicester North and High Wycombe for connecting trains to London Marylebone
Buses will also run for intermediate stations between Bicester North and High Wycombe
The 2100 and 2150 services from Birmingham Snow Hill will run as buses through to London Marylebone.
Aylesbury – Amersham – London
A normal Sunday service will be running.
