In order to borrow books or hire videos you will need to join the library. Simply fill in a form and provide proof of your identity and address. Then you can borrow books free of charge, 5 at a time. You can also hire up to 5 items of each type of audio-visual material. You can normally borrow items for 3 weeks. Most audio-visual items are charged for by the week. If no one else has reserved them you can renew your books at the library or up to 3 times by telephone or post.
We have fact, fiction, non-fiction and books for children and young adults as well as audio-visual materials.
