Where can you find a Bakery in Thame that combines tradition and innovation?
The Cottage Bakery, run by ex Harrods' head baker, Jerome Dubois and Tom Jordan is a combination of Continental, butter-rich croissants and patiserrie, English breads and scones, and innovative new breads like Jerome's pear and stilton bread.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER?


AS well as offering a take-away service with a range of sandwiches, rolls and baguettes, the Cottage Bakery can provide Celebration cakes and offers a wholesale supply service to local pubs and restaurants, like Le Manoir Quatre saisons, at Milton Common.

We also offer a buffet service with FREE delivery & collection with side plates and serviettes if required.

We have two shops, one in Upper High Street, Thame, and the other in Haddenham.

OUR hours of business are Monday to Saturday
7 am to 4 pm

ABOUT US -

JEROME'S background includes five years in charge of a bakery in Germany, and baking in Japan. He has won many international competitions and was previously the runner-up to America when he represented Britain in the World Master Chef Society's competition.
Tom brings to the partnership business and people skills acquired whilst working for the entertainment company, Mecca
