Thame
Chamber Choir was formed in 1999 and is based in Thame, Oxfordshire.
We
are a friendly group of about 30 singers that enjoys the challenge
of
tackling a wide range of sacred and secular works. We regularly
perform public concerts
and are also available for private functions. The choir has sung
evensong at
Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford, Peterborough Cathedral, Wells Cathedral
and
Bath Abbey. Our extensive repertoire includes both sacred and secular
works.
A
particular feature of the choir is that soloists are almost always
drawn from
the regular membership.
